Firstly we need to check our availability for your event so we will need date and specific times.

REQUIREMENTS

We want your event to be the best it can be - if we can help achieve that then we can talk about set lists, timing and your overall objectives - including any special requests.

QUOTE

Our quote will include everything so there are no hidden extras.

BOOKING

If you want to book us then we will need to complete a booking contract.  This fixes the timing, the price and the venue.  A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking - this is non-returnable.

What is included?

DIAL is a two piece electric band that consists of Didier as singer and guitarist, and Alan as lead guitarist.  All equipment will be provided by DIAL.

What do you require?

DIAL requires access to electric sockets, and if outside then we need a gazebo or cover.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the agreed fee and this is non-returnable.  If you need to change the date, venue or timings then we will do our best to accommodate this.

Do you need a stage?

We are happy to use a stage or just on the floor.  The area we need is roughly 4m x 4m.

We can also play outside we just need cover and a plug socket!

Do you need food and drink provided?

We do not need you to provide food and drink but that would be really kind.  We always work better with food and drink!

How long do you need to setup?

It takes about an hour to setup - we will need to talk about the schedule with you at the time of booking and just prior to your event.

How far will you travel?

We are based in the Midlands, and are happy to travel around 50 miles.  We will need to know this when we give you the quote.
